Flo Rida was raised alongside his seven sisters by his parents. He is the youngest of whom is his twin. Flo Rida stands  6 feet high and weighs 92 kilograms.

After Flo Rida graduated from high school in 1998, he furthered his studies in international business management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for two months.
