Gordon Ramsay’s first love was for soccer. While growing up, he set his sights on taking up a professional sports career. At the age of 15, he joined the Scottish football club Glasgow Rangers, and spent a period of 3 years with the professional football club until 1985 when a knee injury ended his career in football.
