He is a comedian, actor, and producer born on the 6th of July, 1979. His career started with him winning comedy competitions in New England. Kevin Darnell Hart was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has just a sibling, his older brother Robert. His parents are Henry Witherspoon and Nancy Hart. He was single-handedly raised by his mother who was a system analyst for the office of Student Registration at the University of Pennsylvania. Kevin’s childhood was mostly affected by his father’s addiction to cocaine. Henry was in and out of jail most of the time. Kevin explained that humor was the only way he could cope with his family problems. However, he reconciled with his father after he recovered from his addiction.

Darnell attended George Washington High School and also the Community College of Philadelphia. He moved to New York shortly after that and then to Brooklyn, Massachusetts where he worked as a shoe salesman. Finally, on the 1st of September 2019, Kevin was involved in a fatal car accident as a passenger. He suffered fatal back injuries alongside the driver. However, he was released from the hospital after 9 days and is currently recuperating in a rehabilitation center.
