Melissa Margaret Peterman popularly known as Melissa is a 51-year-old American actress and comedian born on July 1st, 1971, in Edina, Minnesota, United States.

Melissa Peterman is best known for portraying Barbra Jean in the television comedy series ”Reba’, and as Bonnie Wheeler in the ABC Family/Freeform series ”Baby Daddy”.

Her father was Allan Peterman, and her mother was Pamela Diane. She stands 5 feet tall, weighs 67 kilograms, and practices Christianity as her religious belief.

She grew up in nearby Burnsville, Minnesota, and after graduating from Burnsville High School, she attended Minnesota State University, Mankato where she focused on theater.
