FRANCE’S EIFFEL SCHOLARSHIPS
The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs founded the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program in order to help French higher education institutions attract the best foreign students to their master’s and Ph.D. programs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TÜRKIYE SCHOLARSHIPS
Students from around the world are encouraged to apply for Turkish government scholarships; however, they must meet the following criteria:
- Be under the age of 21 for bachelor’s program applicants, under 30 for master’s program applicants, under 35 for doctoral program applicants, and under 45 for research applicants.
- Preferably, have a basic understanding of Turkish (beginner level). This is neither an eliminator nor a favorable circumstance.
- Minimum return of 70% for bachelor’s degree candidates, and 75% for master’s degree candidates. 90% is required for applicants to Health Sciences degrees (Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy).
