Carl Fricks Sportsmanship Scholarships

This scholarship scheme was launched in 2009 by the St. Louis Sports Commission Associates and presented annually to graduating high school seniors from the St. Louis metro area who embody outstanding sportsmanship as part of our effort to promote and encourage sportsmanship in the community.
