Small Doctor was born on October 19, 1996, in Ilaje, Ondo state. He is also an Indigene of Ese Odo, IIaje in Ondo state. His early education both primary and secondary was completed in the suburbs of Ondo State. After this, he proceeded to the University of Lagos for his tertiary education but did not complete his tertiary education and instead turned to face his passion, music.

In an Interview on Channels TV programme, this was what he had to say for himself:
He said” I was a conductor for years, almost a decade, From Agege to Ikeja, Ikeja to Maryland, Maryland to Yaba. I shuttled that place for like three to four years. I relocated to Oshodi to Mushin under the bridge. So it was from Oshodi to Mushin, Mushin to Oshodi I spent like six to seven years.”
According to him, he came a bit closer to the music Industry by beign a bike rider offering his services to a lot of upcoming artists at the Alaba International Market, Lagos while at the same time creating melodies from time to time on his own. His first break but not really into the spotlight came when one of his customers DJ Real of Eko FM gave him his first break, resulting in the release of his first album.

Small Doctor first began his sojourn into music in his secondary school but made no major breakthroughs. However, he composed a music in 2003, “E ma Kanra mo mi” and has plans to make a Remix of it in the future.
He came into the limelight in 2012, when he began creating fascinating mixtapes and freestyles that caught the awareness of many.
His debut album “Street Ambassadors” released in 2014, contained many hit tracks and collaborations across the Entertainment Industry.
